*chuckles* We interrupt our viewing of The Chaser's War on Everything with Teh Wardrobe Report from Crushangel via SMS "ripped blue jeans with pink oriental pattern under ripped parts, green top with japanese writing and dark grey shirt"Fitted jeans or baggy jeans??? Isn't it high, high, high up above Cloud 9? High enough that we didn't get singed by the fireworks at the final  There was an add for concert photography...was that a picture of Damien or wishful thinking? |

They are having a drink - an orange juice (gawd!)
Wardrobe report cont'd- Fitted jeans says Crush.
Set list - pretty much the same as the Tour, but a new song called "Twenty Two Steps"!!!!
(He has asked not to put up any clips of it - sounds sensible).
He also sang the new song Beautiful.
He is deciding between them as the new single and possibly another one or two.
Audience was quiet to start but for the last few songs the audience charged the stage - led by GJ and Crushangel apparently - dancing along havinga great time for last 4 or 5 songs - he seemed very pleased with everyone getting into it.
In Nessun Dorma this girl in front of the stage yelled out (in the gap) "TAKE YOUR SHIRT OFF" and he almost lost it laughing, but regathered.
GJ and Crush gave him the roses.
Backstage Kami's mum gave Damien a shawl she knitted for the baby, and lots of photos and autographs.
Apparently he recognised (lots of EORs) of the girls.

A new guy Sam who sounds like Mark Wilkinson, but not as good looking or as good overall was the support.

The shawl is beautiful. If any of you haven't seen the photos of it they are in the secret thread (the one used for his birthday and Concertina Card) Take a look. So they got to go backstage. That is funtarstic news.  |

Voice is definitely at full pelt strength say the girls. The bigger venue is always good -
And there were big screens on either side helping with the atmosphere. "Heaps and heaps of people up the front out of their seats".
Backstage the casino guy wanting to chuck em out but Damien seemed to want to keep chatting.
Re tomorrow- he is only performing for 40 minutes.
And Adelaide and Perth are confirmed for national tour.
