Unfortunately we heard about this one AFTER it happened. Just heard on the radio that Damien performed at this first annual charity fundraising dinner tonight for the STEVE WAUGH FOUNDATION:
FOREVER GREEN DINNER
There was an article about this in the Sydney Daily Telegraph on FEB 14 but had no mention of Damien, it said that the performers and guests would include:
Colette Dinnigan (with 15 models to preview her autumn/winter collection), Burn the Floor, The Benaud Trio, Vince Sorrenti & David Hobson.
Seats were from $550 and $5000 for a table, the paper said.
Damien's got a busy schedule the days before his concert tour, so I hope he gets a good rest as well. This was a wonderful event to take part in though!
Assuming the radio is correct, but we may want to look out for other confirmation as well.
