Re the scan - Sorry that wasn't very straight but we have to race because we have just got back from Mark Wilkinsons *intimate just for immediate family and friends gig* at the Brighton *ahem more later on that * and on our way to the Alex Lloyd gig at 7.30 at the Basement.
Short report:
(a) Wardrobe - long sleeve green/greyish shirt with star buckelt and grey/black jeans
(b) Songs: Night of My Life; Damien Rice's Blowers' Daughter (full version); With or Without You concert sing along version with Fall at Your Feet/Whenever I Fall"
Gotta go people are ringing my mobile and Oz needs to get changed as do I....
12ktina met D and had a nice chat and auto etc as did the others .....

Yeh, Shimmery was taping and 12ktina took lots of photos I think ... we were too busy wearing funny hats and singing Irish songs ... but my fave moment was when these blokes up the front all covered in irish slogans and the flag etc started up a chant in the crowd of
DAAAAAAAAAAMO ...........DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMO .................DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMO
Ozbrat says she took a photo of them ..
Also, there was a big plug from the MC to get all of the audience to vote for Damien for the MTV Awards ....

Hey girls, just got back to Wollongong  I have alot to post but I have to do the dinner and kids routine so hope to get on later. I have video of the Damien Rice song but I have NO idea how to concvert it so Hubby will do that as soon as possible and I will post it. I think I got the entire song. I watched some of it back already and it seemed to turn out really good. Carlene and myself and our girls ran smack bang into Damien and Eils and Mark A (tour Manager) when we were looking for St James station. We got a lovely photo (Carlene will email it to me later tonight and I will post it) and such a nice chat. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! Damien performed soooo well as always and we were right in the front. Carlene has some amazing pics which she will post asap too. It was so great to meet Oz and Crazy and Tina. Wish I could have chatted longer. And as always so lovely to see Shims, Morgs, and Dede and Braffy! BIG HUGS to all the girls. So glad Tina got to say Hi to Damien. He came out to the fence to meet some fans. What a sweetie. Anyway pics and video to come for sure. What a day!!! I am still grinning Carla XO |
