WOOOHOOOO thanks for letting us know Roxy! Sounds like the Melbourne girls are having a wonderful time. 4 songs!!! Thats fantastic! Yes, I bet they have some great photos to share. And I am so glad to hear they all got to say Hi too.  So many Damienites seeing Damien this week. YAY! Just heard from Trilly and co. They have melted into teh puddle!!  they are seiously so excited!  Damien sang 4 songs, one of them hallelujah, and another one Bright Blue Rose..message to shims....Trilly said this was to die for! absolutely gorgeous. Wardrobe report......White shirt, Purple velvet jacket, grey jeans   Damien did a signing afterwards too, so they all got to say hello. they are going back tonight for round 2!! |

OMG OMG OMG!
IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!
AND I MET DAMIEN!
HULELUJAH WAS AMAZING.
D'S SINGING WAS SUBLIME THROUGHOUT.
He actually did 5 songs sort of. He sang the start of "lord of the dances" with the entire orchestra but the choir kept going afterwards.
The other Damienites lagged behind at the signings to invite D out for a drink.
I don't know what happened after that because I had to leave..
I MET DAMO!!!
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Damien was at his Irish best today. He sang Carrickfergus, The Fields Of Athenryne ,Bright Blue Rose, and then the show stopper Hallelujah I have never heard him sing this song better, lots of cheering etc.
Classic Damien. He finished with an introduction to The Lord of The Dance with full orchestra and backing chorus. He was the star of the show a brilliant life performer. We all met him
after the show for autographs and photos with him. Trilly and Princess are seeing him again
tonight luckygirls. Roll on November.

OMG Carrickfergus..... that's another of my all time favourites (I love the Hothouse Flowers version!) Good thing I wasn't there - I don't think my heart can take too much more if he keeps bringing out songs like that.  Oh sounds so wonderful thanks so much jenny & nixter for the song lists and so glad you had so much fun! |

He sang all the songs in English with his beautiful Irish accent. He was truly sensational.
