For two performances only, Irish sensation and Australian Idol winner Damien Leith will join tenor Roy Best of Operatunity Oz fame and soprano Jessica O`Bryan in Irish Songs of Praise. A celebration of Irish music, the performance is packed full of loved Irish folk songs and hymns including Danny Boy and Phil the Fluther`s Ball.
Joining the already impressive cast will be the much loved Charles `Bud` Tingwell as narrator, the magnificent Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Choir, the Australian Children`s Choir and the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Andrew Wailes.

World renowned concert pianist and Melbourne`s foremost organist, Anthony Halliday will delight on the renovated Town Hall organ, a sound and sight not to be missed.

For those who know the Faith of our Fathers concerts, this RMP concert is set to be the equivalent - OMG I wish I could go to this, I hope so much that it will be broadcast!!!!
