I've been watching this, and there are alot of empty seats. I think Lozzy and I might of resembled the swan lake dancers in the begining of the show tonight. At Houndsys the other night, I swear that is how we were dancing!!................we might get nominated for a 'HelpMe award' one day!! I loved the guy doing the shadow singing with his fingers, turning everything into animals and stuff. Really funny and very clever.

Damien's singing now. 22 Steps. black shirt, black/white striped tie, Jacket and tight jeans. He's mixed it up alot. Very bluesy/folksy, and some swing thrown in, and now the falsetto. very different. ;D

oooh lovely! thanks for the great reports Roxy!!! I so wanted to go to this show, hearing about the empty seats is sending me spare, but we were committed to something else earlier tonight. Hopefully next year though - if Damien is performing again I will try to be there with bells on

Just taking a quick break from the Helpmann awards. Damien was fabulous. Yes, he mixed up 22 Steps a lot (as is his want in live performances). Loved the mime too Roxy! Show is very good.

Just remember I'm not the best Music reviewer! That's why I mentioned all those different styles. That's just how they sounded to my ears anyway! It sounded very cabaret and alot slower.

that was the funniest thing I've heard in a long time.. a performance by someone (not sure who) taking off Helen Clarke of New Zealand.....*phuka puka hoe*.....it was so funny. I reckon if ODT is watching this, he'd be in stitches too. They were taking the piss out of us lovely Kiwis! but it was good.
