The date has been confirmed as Friday 27th. But..... Damien can't be in two places at once! so I think his appearance here may be cancelled. If anyone is going to this, please check first.

Goal, goal, goal! FOOTBRAWLER Brendan Fevola wasn't at the Million Dollar Lunch at Crown on Friday but he was there in spirit. The pumped MC, HG Nelson, renamed the Palladium the "Brendan Fevola Room", then the "Fevola", and hostesses working the room selling raffle tickets became the "'Fevol-ettes". The footbrawler's inspirational life has made an impact on at least one person. As for the day's other entertainment, Olivia Newton-John, Damien Leith and Leo Sayer belted out tunes, and cashed-up VIPs kicked in $1.52 million for the Koala Foundation's kitty to help kiddies with cancer. All without Fevola having to be there. www.theage.com.au/news/national/too-many-legends-for-one-lunchtime/2007/07/29/1185647742420.html?page=2
