My sister heard on the news last night that Damien will be making an appearance at Centro Galleria (Morley) on Sunday 14th October for a special Telethon event!!  Let's hope his flight to Perth is more pleasant this time!! |

It's a northern suburb of Perth, Wombat. So only about 30 mins drive from where I live. So I plan to be there! A lovely dose of Damien would do me the world of good!! (I just saw the ad on TV - the Diva's will be performing too)

I don't suppose this will be televised. Maybe it will be televised. Because Telethon > television. Okay weak link there but you never know. Or maybe they'll show it but only in WA. If so, maybe someone could tape it for us? |

I'm not sure whether this will be televised or not, as it is a shopping centre appearance. However, as Damien will be in Perth on the telethon weekend, I'm assuming that he may also be performing at the actual Telethon, which is a 24 hour televised event..... so I will try to tape that. There will probably only be snippets of the shopping centre event shown.

Telethon 2007 includes performances by entertainers such as Anthony Callea, Cristian Alexanda, Jade MacRae, Kamahl, Nikki Webster, The Young Divas, Australia’s latest Idol – Damien Leith, Stuart Wagstaff, Ray Burgess and Normie Rowe.
Saturday night’s show will also feature CBD and Katie Noonan.
Darren Hayes (formally of Savage Garden) will join Telethon on Sunday night.
Also featured is a star studded cast of Channel Seven personalities including Jamie Durie, Ernie Dingo, Dancing with the Stars’ Sonia Kruger and stars from All Saints, Home & Away, The Morning Show, Better Homes & Gardens and Sunrise.

I wondered if you would notice that Ange. They've actually got a good line up of talent this year,with a few exceptions - Ray Burgess - I remember watching him on Telethon when I was about 8!! They'll probably drag out Dennis Walter too - remember him?!?! |
