Damien will be appearing on an upcoming tv special - 7:30pm, Fri OCT 19  From TV TonightDarren Hayes will appear on an Australian Idol special "Doing It For The Kids."
The special will feature the Idol finalists and former stars in a 2 hr special to raise money for childrens' charities.
Damien Leith and the Young Divas will also appear.
The special airs 7:30pm Friday October 19 directly before John Foreman Presents: Burt Bacharach. |

DH came home a couple of days ago and said "i know we don't like to go out on Friday nights but we need to for work" (he works for a kids charity) "it's a sister charity and they are having a big celebrity event which we have to go to and i'm not sure if it's on the 12th or 19th" i went all squeee and asked if it was "Doing It For the Kids". and he said he wasn't sure, it might be  turns out it isn't. it's tomorrow night and the place will be jam packed with celebrities and there will be karaoke where you can get up with a famous singer and duet together (oh baby  someone stop me)...............  but there will be no Damien    but it's all for a very good cause |

LOL I AM NOT WEARING EAR PLUGS when I see teh IDOL!!! I'll just have to endure the songbird warbling beside me while I try to hear teh Idol  - I've done it before - at Warringah - remember our chirping friend behind us there? |
