I like better the live version Damien did on Idol - lots of guitar, the band rocking. Maybe it's just me, but the version on the single seems a little overproduced.  |

Yeah - the Sunrise one was great, and I also know what you mean about the single being overproduced in comparison to the Idol live version.

Yeah, Sunrise was fantastic...so was Andy and Hamish, but I think the sunrise one was a little more controlled and his voice had settled a little after a bit of a bashing...I love *watching* the official clip, and the one from the opera house and the one from the finals and the one from sunrise...!

My favourite remains the Grand Final version - I love the little brass bit in it and I love watching the video of him performing. I love the acoustic ones too though because that's when his voice really shines, and the single version is a bit too polished, but it still sounds great. I'm glad we do have those different versions to compare!

I love it when he does acoustic versions of any of his songs. And the ones where he plays the piano are heaps cool too.
