I know it's not on Where We Land, but I have always loved this song, especially this version. Damien sings it with such emotion, and it always provokes a teary reaction from me. I'd hate it to disappear from his repetoire.

It was one of the reasons why I wanted him to win so badly, I wanted to hear MORE!! ;D |

Me too. I loved it from the moment I first listened to it on his MySpace site. It was the first song that I ever downloaded from the Internet. Oh, the emotion.  Is that the recording he did on Kerry-Anne's show? I watched that at Dede's house and we were just totally rapt. |

Spud, I really shouldn't give away my secrets like this,  but for you I'll share.... D's Myspace!!   I use to go there often and listen to all the songs he had on his page, before Sony got hold of them and took them away  I think there was, Come to Me

I used to love listening on Damien's MySpace back then too, what an introduction to his voice! These Days was also on his myspace back then. I still remember going there after seeing him in the early weeks of the show and hearing his original songs for the first time - couldn't believe what I was hearing!! Just the most beautiful voice and songs, and he was the writer as well! I was telling everyone I knew, "OMG you have to hear this guy!!!" We were all totally blown away, and still are  |

Oh okay, yeah I remember seeing Come To Me on D's MySpace at some stage, but I just assumed he added it when it was released with NOML and TWJ. Was it the same version? These Days was also on his MySpace. EDIT: Oh, right, Shims just said that. Lol, I don't think I even realised before I visited D's MySpace (at the end of 2006) that there were singers and bands who put their songs on MySpace. I always thought it was just some stupid site where random people met each other and weird old men stalked little girls.  |
