I really love this song, too! It's so evocative while also so straight to the emotional point - that's something I really enjoy about Damien's songs generally as it is.
This song has such a quiet power to it, almost wistful at moments but also emphatic. I think those subtleties in Damien's songs make them quite timeless. This one certainly gives me a tear in the eye and yet it's also so joyous - I always enjoy these wonderful paradoxes with Damien's writing, they keep you emotionally engaged - I loved that it was a joint song with Eils as well!

I keep listening to this song and it came too me that it sounds like it's as if it's has been around for years and years( like the Christmas classics), it should become a Christmas favourite.. It is timeless!!Classic!
