I wrote my replies on the wrong thread but ditto to all of the above. Damien really kicked arse tonight and I reckon he sealed his place at the Opera House. I have got my finger on the redial button on my phone.
Double touchdown - first time in Aust Idol history - he is phenomenal!

omg that was just amazing. Brilliant. Streets ahead of anyone else on idol, ever. That voice is so beautiful and haunting. I only wish he had longer than 2mins for each!
I hope the judges choose something good for him next week! I'm wondering if Unchained Melody might be in there somewhere before the end. It would really suit his voice and is apparently very difficult to sing. Damien would nail it!
I am hanging out to buy his first CD! Go Damien!! *cheers*

If the judges choose Unchained Melody, the comp will be completely over... I really hope Damien gets a chance to sing that again too.
