well D looked very pleased with the Roy Orbison comment - did you see his face ohh he was happy!! yes, shocked......and happy!!! He also looked really nervous tonight...and I really hate that!! I just want to give him a hug when I see that tension...(a purely harmless hug, you pervs  ) I really hope he is so proud of himself...as proud as we all are. What an amazing achievement...global freakin recognition!! |

So glad he is safe!!!!!! That is so weird cause seriously (im not making it up) I was thinking after he sung crying that wouldn't it be good if someone from the Orb camp somehow saw Damien and like thought he was excellent! So I nearlly feel out of my seat when Kyle said that!!!!!!!!

The whole show got a bit emotional didn't it - the Roy Orbison moment, the genuine feeling evident for Dean (whoever was sitting next to Damien tonight must have known they were in trouble). The big hug for Chris who left. I think the Idols will be pretty drained after all this emotion tonight.

As predicted, knew it wouldnt take long for the word to get out overseas, our Damo is heading for the big time, you can be sure of that, he is such a wonderful wonderful person in soooo many ways. Did u see the look on his face when Kyle said about the Orbison Family, bless his little heart, it was priceless.
