OMG, I can't wait for Tuesday to come. Can not wait. Seriously. I just wanna hold the single in my hands and... hug it. And maybe weep.
And I'm so holding out for Nessun Dorma to be on the album now. It'd be kind of different to the other stuff on there I think, but Damien does it so brilliantly. A hidden track, maybe?

That was brilliant wasn't it. If anyone had of saw me through the window I would have looked a right idiot. I was sitting on the lounge, tears streaming down my face and both my arms stretched upwards as he was singing that vincero bit.  ;DHehehe,i felt exactly the same when he first sang it,except i had my hand on my heart with the tears streaming down my face.I was so thrilled that he sang that 2nite,i'd heard he was singing "crying " which i love but i really wanted 2 see him do nessan dorma on that big stage & it was totally amazing as i knew it would b.Exquisite is my fav word 2 describe it |

I thought it sounded a lot better tonight. He has had longer to practice it and do the italian parts better then the first performance of it. And did you notice at the end mark was clapping and saying wow? It must have finally cleaned out marks ears ;D Did you see when he was singing Night Of My Life he looked around like he didn't expect to see those fireworks behind him  When he first started singing that I didn't think he was gonna get through it. They should have given him a few more secs to get his breath back. But he still did brilliantly!!! |

Because the finale was at the Opera House, I had a feeling Damien would do Nessun Dorma. OMFG: he did an amazing version! This man is so versatile, he can do so many different styles of song with that great voice of his! Yes, I'd put it on his CD: why not?  |
