bahaha yep... youve got it bad baby!!! but hey, thats a good thing on these forums LOL. i am still watching it over and over too with my sister (neski). i just LOVE crying, and all of his other performances but my fave, nessun dorma. just the look on his face after he does the last note of the song, the accomplishment, just the expression on his face is just so overwhelming and powerful. i love it!!!! and yes, live version of NOML is just toooooo good  |

And now that I have finally been able to open my winner's journey Christmas present, I've actually been able to see it on the big TV for the first time rather than on YouTube...(given that I only 'joined' Idol in the week of Wicked Game, I missed everything before that), And the best thing is that my Channel Ten goes wonky after 6pm, who knows why, so all the episodes that I did see of Idol were watched while kneeling on the arm of the sofa with the aerial held up above my head to try to gain some semblance of picture! I can actually see all the different fabrics now and I don't have to question why it was always snowing on set!  Now I've got my DVD it's like watching it all for the first time. :  |

One small criticism of the DVD: I would have liked them to include Mark's 4 touchdowns for Damien's ace performances.  |

Given that there are a few of us out there who missed a number of episodes of Idol due to whatever reasons, it would have been good to see some of the feedback from the judges...but hey ho, I guess if all the comments weren't good, maybe they thought it would make it less than totally positive? Having said that, it was all part of the 'journey' so it would have been good to see more of the said journey...still love it though. ;D |

I'm really trying to give Damien a break for a day or two(I've got a James Blunt CD I haven't even listened to yet), but it's such a hard habit to break. Oh well, I will be watching 'The Winner's Journey' again later.  |

Well I was studying it last night coz I wanted to just check what he was wearing in each song, but as soon as I see his face and hear his voice I need to watch the whole song! And I wish there was a "play-all" function. (Or am I missing it??)
