Okay I'm missing something here (you know me by now - easily confused lol). What is the TWOP site?

It's Television Without Pity - awesome forum and the members there are so witty. You gotta check it out, as their posts will definately give you a good laugh. Though you may need to get used of the nicknames they give the contestants!

Ah, I should not have feared, it was all good. Particularly liked this: I don’t think I’ve ever liked both final two contestants so damn much. Of course I want my boy to win, but I won’t cry myself to sleep if it’s Jess. (But I may stamp my feet and pout a little, mostly because Fosse and I will be hightailing it to Chez Shaneequa’s to watch the Grand Final after we finish our matinee performance on Sunday – ahhh, a new play, the real reason I have had no f**king sleep for the last week - and she is All About Jess and will be throwing a Jess win in our faces. IN OUR FACES. Which we will not in any way be doing back to her in the event of an Irish win, because we are not bad winners, we are good ones. And we have in no way learnt a little Irish jig of celebration for just such an occasion. Nup.)

I know I shouldn't, but i soooooooooo loved this quote
"Theme, shmeme, lets call the whole thing off. It's Disco Night! Or is it? Once again, our noble contestants take a running, leaping stab at hitting the theme and . . . well, they mostly kind of miss. And a pre-emptive warning. I love Irish. Shut up. No, really, shut UP. I don't care how bad you thought he was last night. I DON'T CARE. I love him, you can not shake me from my love for him and if I want to love him, I will. Go ahead, try and stop me, you will fail. YOU'RE NOT MY MOTHER.
ahem."

I was anxiously waiting for her to post a new blog - the wait is worth it, I had a lot of laugh thanks to her.
Her opinions regarding Jess are actually the same as me... that's what has been bugging me about her. Great minds think alike... though I am not yet as obsessive as she is.

Ah, I love this blog so much...I've been following it since the early weeks of the finals. In fact, I think the penny dropped for us at about the same time! I only wish I could express myself half as well as she does - so much style, wit and snark! She always seems to say what I'm feeling...except she makes it entertaining as opposed to my tedious rambling

Ah I'm so thrilled you guys enjoy Tallulahbelle as much as I do. I must "out" myself as the "Gracie" who makes the odd early appearance in her blog this season (before Tally's rehearsals meant we couldn't watch Idol together). She is totally adorable in person too.

You, winter, rambling? No way! Going 'eye*lash*porn!' is not rambling...not sure what it is, but...you're comments are really funny anway! They've definately kept me entertained!

fionadublin.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.htmlMonday, November 27, 2006 When idol eyes . . . La la la! I had a big ponderous post in the pipeline about love and other demons when last night I heard that a Kildare man had won Australian idol. I got so excited, I rang Australia to see if we could get him on the radio show I was working for. Instead, they put me on the radio, although I had shockin' little to say for myself really, apart from a bit of blathering about Kildare and Ireland and how we're all only delighted be the hokey. But Damien Leith, Australia's new idol - now there's a man who done us proud, wha? All bashful and doe-eyed, he then whips out this gut-thumping voice that just fills you up when you hear it. Much better posting material than my morbid Sunday night musings. To listen to Damien Leith kick the living daylights out of Crying by Roy Orbison, click here . Sweet mother of divine inspiration, not a dry eye in the house.

music: Great concert last night, what a beautiful voice and great performer. A bit disappointed with a few of the songs, couldn't hear him sing over the band. Would recomment the concert for everyone.

Hi Dorothy, welcome to Damien Leith OnLine. Were you one of the ladies I gave a forum card to last night in Canberra? It certainly was a great concert, I enjoyed it immensely and Damien is just soooo gorgeous. Did you get to meet him backstage? I do hope you were one of the group of about 40 who lined up to meet him.
