You can do a podcast download of Idol Worship's interview with Damien this afternoon.
It is really really long and detailed discussion, on top of his comments about the last night he also talked about
- how he lived in Africa, and how they chose to move to Australia
- how his moving to Oz was like a 'death in the family" for the Irish rellies
- his old job
- avoiding scandals, being true to his own style of being an eclectic artist

And done by...Timmeh!!!
(I just adore Tim, he is the only BB contestant I have ever remotely even liked...I nearly watched a whole series of BB just for him!)

I can't do anything with my iTunes - I'm a real techno spaz...I had a look in the iTunes music store and can't even find the new single - yes that's right...haven't even managed to be able to buy it yet...any tips?

Go to itunes music store, click on podcasts. Then search for Damien Leith or Australian Idol. You then need to subscribe to the Idol Worship podcasts (which are free), then you download it to your computer! It's a great interview! Tim is obviously a fan too!!

Agree, BB is terrible but absolutely adored Tim and fell in love with him in a non-psychopath kinda way (along with my entire office) and he made me watch till the end (btw, is it coincidence that both Tim and D live in Newtown?? And is it coincidence that I will be in Newtown all of next week for a work conference??...well, actually, yes it is, but if I wasn't already engaged, Newtown seems to be the place to find my other dream man  ). Just chuffed that Tim is a fan. Thanks so much dedeom for the info ;D |

Thanks for the link dleitful. What a great interview! Isn't Damien the best.  So nice to have such a lovely person as our idol. I hope he never, ever changes. Loved hearing his interpretation of Night of my Life. I have to go listen to it again. It explains the feeling I get when I listen to the song because it just felt different to me from his love songs. |
