I like the photo - looks sort of slightly anxious though with his hands being held together in the front. But you are right, Sony should have had a special covershoot for the cover of his first original album. Mind you, they seem to do that with idol graduates, don't they, just have their picture on the front to entice the public.
I think the release of the album will be good timing for Damo, with Australian Idol interest being whipped up again.

OMG How exciting to see the songs and cover for the first time!
This pic was one of the new ones taken for the album/single at that photo-shoot that time I thought, anyway it's one I really liked from that series so I'm very happy with it. It's looks neither too wintery nor too summery for whatever time of year, (Christmas or now) & a good dressed up yet urban style.
But let's get to the SONGS!!!!
Very very exciting to see the songlist - So many new ones I can't wait to hear and I think I remember Damien mentioning 2 cover versions somewhere too (or was it non-originals he said, which is of course a different thing) - so those could perhaps be Songbird & Cold Cold Heart (if that is a cover and not an original with the same name). I always thought he was referring to the 2 non-originals 22 Steps & Songbird, so now I'm not really sure but we'll all know soon enough I suppose. Danny Boy is a huge surprise and I'm absolutely thrilled it's on - Damien's broad range of fans will love it - and I will love it too, heard that little snippet on Ch10 news and it was divine. Can't imagine anything lovlier.

Damien said somewhere that the extra songs on the singles wouldn't be on the album, which is great as it means more new music on each single  |

Thanks for checking that up for us Carla. I don't mind the cover art that much - was hoping for a picture we haven't already seen, mostly. :-\ It looks a bit too graphics-program for my liking as well, but the colours are nice. Seeing a cover is not making waiting for it any easier, either.  |

I'm really pleased I bought Who You Are online now! ;D At least IStill Miss You is on the album, so I didn't miss out by not being able to use iTunes. |
