Sports Notes

MILLTOWN GAA: The under-age presentation took place on Friday last. Special guest Dermot Early presented the U/8s winners of the Cappagh tournament, the U/0 winners of the Ballykelly tournament and the victorious U/12 South Board winners with their medals. Well done to the teams and management. Many thanks to Dermot and to all who made the night a success.
Congratulations to club man Alan Dignam on his hurling championship win with Moorefield.
Congratulations also to Milltown man Damien Leith on winning the Australian Idol.
Gym traning for all players on Monday and Thursday nights in the Club House At 7-30 p.m. All welcome.
We extend our deepest sympathy to the Cash & O' Neill families on the death of their father Paddy may he rest in peace.
Cards continue in the Club House on Wednesday nights new players welcome.
Lotto tickets can be returned or purchased in the Club House on Monday nights 8-00 to 8-30 p.m.
Congratulations to Na Fianna on their victory over Leixlip in the U/21 Championship.
Congratulations and well done to Moorefield on a great Leinster Final victory and to Eadestown ladies on their All Ireland title.
