DAMEIN IS NOT GONNA LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...positive thoughts every one, even tho ur saying he might..i had that feeling too i was so scared last night i started crying, AGAIN. But any ways..i just keep saying in my mind "Damien is gonna beat team dean!!!!" and that will feel so great lol ;D. and i keep thinking how hot there gonna make him look 4 opera house  |

OK, well I'm off, and won't be back until tomorrow, post-verdict. I'm so nervous I can't help myself. As I usually do on Monday nights, I'm going to yoga and will get home just before 8 - I don't usually get to see the whole verdict show but plenty of time to see the verdict at the end. So I'll try not to be too nervous at yoga but I'll be a wreck by the time I'm home in front of the TV.

I hope to god that our darling Damien is going nowhere tonight but i haven't even seen last nights show so i don't know how things went.... **Slaps myself for not living in Australia and therefore not being able to vote** But, he's still our little star no matter what happens tonight and he knows that he has amazing support from all of us {oh and all those other people who say the are fans too ;D} and his debut single, album and whatever he produces in the future will be a hit... And a worldwide one at that  Oh God i feel sick now at the thought of the results show, even worse knowing that i have to wait another 24 hours before i get it sent to me. |

I think it's very important to stay positive at these moments because if it loks like people give up, then the perception is that it's all over and then that is what happens. Personally, i think Damien nailed it last night and a lot of regular viewers will think so too and vote to match. Whatever happens, Damien is known to all now and will have a beautiful career, but I think we should be positive and aim at a good result tonight! Thanks for the reassurance, It's now 6pm in NSw and 1hr & 30mins to find out the fate of our loved one. I really am feeling overwhelmed, sick to the stomach and have voted more times than I have ever done for absolutely anything (this includes "ring to win" prizes). I really, really want him to make it to the Opera House. He deserves it! Cheers (opens wine now and trys to relax!) |

He has to get through! I'm feeling very passionate about this! My husband may have to put the white coat on me. Of course if he doesn't get through ..... he'll make an outstanding album that I'll be buying anyway!
If the judges weren't doing the "we love dean" thing, I'd be in a better state!

I don't think I can bear to watch tonights verdict show. They drag out the elimination as much as they can and it drives me crazy. I've been voting for Damien, but still dread the thought that the teenage votes might get their young idols through and overlook the sheer talent of Damien. I also saw a comment in the TV Week saying 'does Australia want an irishman for idol?'. Unbelievable! If we didn't want him, he wouldn't still be in the competition.

Hahaha - you know what helps me...I hide me head under a blanket - pop it out for a minute Scream to the tv that if they say D's name for the bottom 3 or 2 now i will go after them ... go back into hiding stick my fingers in my ears and it always come out good..... ;D

Good idea Neski ;D Well i'm supposed to be going to bed now because i just got in from work a while ago and came straight on here but now i feel sick at the thought of the verdict show and i know i won't be able to sleep... An hour to go for me, having nervous breakdown. Don't think I can watch, think I'll put in some more votes to reassure myself. May flip channels during the ads.
