In an article from the Herald Sun it states that Damien is thinking of forming a band. So I thought it would be fun if we came up with some ideas of band members that would make a good group with Damien. I'll start to get the ball rolling:
- Alex Lloyd - Tim Freedman - Neil Finn

OK..I'll play ;D Derek Trucks on lead guitar (son of Dwayne Allman) Tal Wilkenfeld on bass (16 year old female Aussie- born bass phenom!) Darren Leith on drums Damienites as backing vocals with help from Taasha Coates from The Audreys with lyrics collaboration from Neil Finn

After seeing Alex Lloyd live, I definitely wouldn't want him in D's band (love some of his stuff though), plus I don't think I'll ever really forgive him for what he did to "Beautiful" Agree with Trilly...some of the Leith clan would be nice. And will miss Paul G if he's not around...

I really do think that all of the Leith clan should be involved in the band. And that is, Aine, Paul and Darren with backing vocals from Eileen when she has the time. Can you just imagine the harmonies they're voices would produce? I watched a Bee Gee's special the other night and the three brothers Gibb were so in sync and in harmony it was absolutely amazing. Their voices gelled together so perfectly and I'm sure that Damien and his siblings would be the same. In fact I would love to hear Damien sing a few Bee Gee's covers, just not the disco stuff. *Edit* Ah stuff it! It's 30 something years ago since the Bee Gee's did the disco stuff and I've grown to like it. If Damien ever chose to sing it, I know it would be fantastic. Actually I'm surprised he didn't choose to do a Bee Gee's cover instead of Celebration for the disco night on AI. Who cares, Celebration was awesome.

Damienites doing backing vocals for sure - that is if we have enough time considering all our tour-duties. Oh well - I suppose we can make the time I have no real opinion otherwise except for these artists: Eddie Raynor or Paul Gray on keyboards (both are brilliant) Darren Leith on drums (but he has to dance next time - and no more cages! )

Darren on drums (that's right, he HAS to dance! ) Paul on keyboards. He's cool ;D Liam Finn on.... something. He can do bass, guitars, drums, among other things. Delta as guest female vocalist (although there might be a waiting list for that position ) I'm sure we can follow his around singing, like Delta's choir on Idol! We pretty much do that already! ;D
