I'd Like Damien to Win!

I just thought of another reason for him to win - so that we can finally hear the 'turbo irish' made infamous by Chris Murphy!
And irishscorpio - wow that's great! Bet you wish you'd known that a couple of months ago!

I know, it would've been nice to know. Apparently, everything is as it seems and both Damien and Eileen are a) the loveliest couple you could ever meet b) down to Earth and c) madly in love with eachother...but d'uh, you didn't need me to tell you that :-). Oh and Rox, I certainly plan on getting to know this person a little more ..Actually we get along quite well and she is a lovely girl... Everything is crazy for them at the moment, with all the excitement and the title so close (plus the sudden fame etc). All I can say is, this couldn't have happened to a nicer man and it certainly couldn't have been possible without the love and support of his beautiful wife and his family. It just goes to show, that good things happen to good people- (nothing wrong with being naughty *looks sheepish*) but you know what I mean.

Hi I'm new here but I must say that Damien has been one of my faves since the begining of the comp and usually my favourite gets voted off way before the final! I have snet so many votes for him (well, a lot for me!) I think it's about time the Idol winner was someone who has proven themselves as a performer before Idol and not just some young wannabe. You can tell that Damien is in this comp for all the right reasons and I wish him well. GO DAMO!!!

Hi and welcome! This is only the second time I've had a favourite make it to the final, too - isn't it exciting? I agree with your reasoning too. No matter what happens tonight I think this is the beginning of a really big career for Damien, and it's great to have been there to see it unfold!

Wow, have a good time! On the news they said there are 6,000 down there already! Hope it doesn't rain! The atmosphere down there will be electric tonight either way!
Give our man a big wave and a cheerio for us! (that might be all you can manage with the squillions of people down there, but a hug would be nice too!)
