Can Damo extend his run at the top of the album chart to 6 weeks in a row? Will the CD go 5X Platinum next week? Predictions, anyone?

The Winners Journey is showing as Number 1 again in the Top 20 Albums at Sanity. It has dropped to Number 2 in the Pop/Rock category though. Snow Patrol has taken the Number 1 spot.

If Damien drops to No 2 this week, don't feel too bad: he's had a great run at No 1 so far, and he can't stay at the top spot forever. However, 6 weeks at No 1 would be awesome!

There can't be too many people left in the country who haven't got the flipping thing! bwahahaha! Thats just what I was thinking! I think it will drop this week, but hope it doesnt...I'll be pretty damn happy either way, hes broken the record already for debut Idol winners album at number one, and I'm just so thrilled that so many people want to own it! ;D

At least 280,000 people have already bought Damien's CD/DVD. What's the total population of Australia? 20 million? I think he could easily sell another 500,000 copies, at the most. Hopefully, Damien has got a big royalty cheque headed his way soon.

6 straight weeks at No 1: has Damien equalled or broken Guy Sebastian's record?

Whoa! What a run! I was hoping he'd get another week at #1 but I didn't think it would happen, and now I'm really happy. With sales like that nobody can say a thing about Damien, and it looks good for the real album too. And the NOML single is still doing brilliantly too, especially when you consider that everything on it is actually on TWJ. I know what you mean about wearing the thing out Evan.... the CD has been in our player almost nonstop since we got it (well, a copy of the CD I did to save the original... ) and the only reason we don't put the DVD on sometimes is because we know we'll get nothing done!
