ARIA Charts For Week Of April 15

Thank goodness Silverchair has lost the No 1 position on the singles chart: I'm not a fan of their music!
The new No 1 song is Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" - surprisingly addictive, but very juvenile!
I wonder if TWJ is still in the Top 40 albums? ;)Maybe ARIA will finally update it to five times platinum? ;D

This week it is # 44, down from #33 after 19 weeks in the chart. Still showing 4 P

After nearly 5 months, it's still Top 50! Terrific!
However, Jessica Mauboy falls out of the Top 50 this week. I was expecting "The JourneY" to do a little better, but too much time has passed since Idol finished, and frankly most of Jess's performances weren't that memorable, in my opinion!
If that sounds like a criticism, sorry!

Jessica Mauboy's CD out of the Top 50: I'm sorry to say "The Journey" has been a major flop for SonyBMG, not that this is Jess's fault, but I blame the record company, who should have waited for Jessica to record a debut CD.
