 I am sorry if you are upset Ange about the comments about your health. I think we all share with you your disappointment at not being able to make the show because you were unwell. We all want you to get better and it was pleasing to see that you managed to make it to the Launceston Show. I don't think anyone meant any harm by their comments to you. Apologies from me if I have said anything to upset you

Yes I know that no harm was meant. I appreciate the get well messages and that some of you have shared my disappointed in missing the Hobart concert, it means a lot, it really does. I am just glad I was able to go in Launceston afterall. I just felt I needed to clear that up though.

WOW...Kami, your review is absolutely amazing. I can't believe you can go into so much detail and you explain things so well and are very funny too. I really enjoyed reading your review. I must say from reading your review the Launceston concert was very similar. I think the Hobart audience would be better though. There is just something really really great about the Hobart audience every time he performs there, so I imagine this time was no different. Esp with the singing, Hobart always sounds great. Launceston were terrible singers I must say, but full points for trying  |

But it was just another brilliant moment in a brilliant concert, and his honesty and sense of humour about the whole thing made it a real feel-good experience for everyone. And I think that's why Damien will succeed - with other artists, sure, you've got the CD, why attend the concert? But you have to go to see Damien, because being in the same room with him gives you something you can't get anywhere else, his own special brand of magic. It's not just about the wonderful singing. Everyone there was clearly in love with everything a 'Damien show' is. Heck, Damien can sing all the songs backwards and I'd probably still be able to find musical merit in it! Having seen him twice in concert, I would agree about DAMIEN MAGIC... not everyone who is a powerful music recording artist can be as equally powerful in live performance.. Often, it's one or the other.. but with Damien, his live perormances are a must to have the privelege to witness. The recordings on CD are simply amazing.. the live performances are just as amazing... indeed you really can't fault him either way. |

Wow!!! Yes, we were very lucky to get songs that he didn't sing at other concerts!!! This is my first posting, so I hope I do it right ;D The concert was amazing...I still want to roll around in fits of laughter every time I think about the jokes he made on stage  - OH..and the Irish dancing...how awesome!!! And most importantly, the singing...  ...I can't believe the concert went as long as it did - I enjoyed it so much, it only seemed like it went for half an hour...I was so disappointed when it was over!!! Well, done Damien...and also well done to Eric and Indy (hope I have their names right...  ). I look forward to seeing the next concert and hopefully I can bring my boys so they won't make me feel guity when I get back  |

Hi all, I to went to this show and it was fantastic!!. I thought it couldn;t beat last time's tour,but it did. Funny,entertaining and just great I even met Damien afterwards, he was so surprised at just how long the line was to meet him after wards. If i can work out how to put a picture on here as a avatar,i'll show my photo with damien, so down to earth, easy to talk to Ange,glad you got to the launceston show. Have fun at the remaining shows everyone |
