Hi Nuffy yes they were selling them. Just Eric backing him and he was also the one doing the driving,so he was waiting very patiently for Damien to finish with the fans he still did Guitar Man its amazing the sound that can come out of 2 guitars,Eric played the guitar behind his head (that was the condition otherwise Damien wasn't doing his Irish Jig ) I so don't want this night to end I might just have to go to some other shows, what other choice does a girl have (old bag ) My sister came along to this and she's not a Damien fan but she really enjoyed it and the photo of him and her is beautiful . there is so much going on in my head but I'm hopeful I will get some sleep tonight (maybe ) I so love how great all you girls are thanks heaps for letting me rave on . Kazza *does a happy dance * ;D I can't wait til it's my turn ;D Thank you Kazza and Rivers for the reports and love the pics too

Ah, I was going to wait until tomorrow when I'd finished some uni work to check on the concert reports, but as you can see I couldn't wait. I knew they'd be great, of course, but it's always a highlight to read the reviews that come back. "Sex on legs" - scandalous! And that about The Prayer is a crack-up - not an insult at all if someone was confusing him with a performer who has had at least ten years of professional coaching! Thanks for the reports and pictures - it's great to see some newer members joining in the fun. Gah, I want my concert to be coming up now - what with all the reports, those of you who have to wait even longer are going to be a mess by the time you get to go!

Damien looks so happy and totally in his element on stage. I can't wait to see him in Canberra in July. And hey look at you gorgeous girl! Your avatar is stunning, what a beautiful photo. I totally agree with you about how Damien's love for Eils and the boys shines through. I think I love that most about him. He really is a gorgeous man.

Thank you so much for even more pics, Kazza! They're fabulous and couldn't agree more with the others, never too many I love your avatar too, just beautiful Nuffy, there are many versions and arrangements of Carrickfergus around the place but if you visit Hothouse Flowers MySpace you can hear a gorgeous version of it Would love to hear Damien's version one day Cannot wait for the shows and to hear all the different sets, it will be so fantastic each night to see which songs are played and the way the set-list gets changed! Womby, Damien did Guitar Man on the 2nd night at the Vanguard. I wasn't as familiar with that song then as I am now but just loved it then, and now since hearing it as well on CTW it's one of my favs too. You will love it live, it was great!

Thanks Shims. Checking it now as i dry my hair ... Okay, no I've never heard it before. I can imagine Damien singing it - well it is Irish folk - but I think I'd have to listen a few times to get into it. I like it but wouldn't rave about it yet. i checked out the new hair-cut. (Just because he asked you Kazza) Verdict: Cute! Love the sharp spikes at different angles. But i still do love the other short cut in smiley's siggy best of all: (maybe it's just the overall effect with teh stare and stance *siiiigh*) But both very noice.

That's great you were able to check out the song, Nuffy I'm a long-time Hothouse Flowers and Liam O'Maonlai fan, so for me it's very exciting that Damien's singing a song that's one of my fav's from them (and I'm still kicking myself not being able to get tickets in time to see them at the Basement a couple of years back, but have seen them live once, and they are amazing! ). A lot of people would know a simliar song called "the Water is Wide" which is extremely close and sometimes identical in parts depending on the version and the artist.
