Good afternoon everyone, Wow, 2 years have flown by and what an amazing time it has been. I just wanted to drop by and wish everybody at DLO a very happy 2nd birthday. Since Idol ended my journey has been exciting/crazy/amazing/hard/confronting/exhilarating - I'm just so thrilled that throughout the last two years, I've had such an amazing group of people like yourself to share it all with and here's hoping to many many more years of the same. No matter what happens career-wise for me, the most important thing is that friendships have been created here at DLO that I know will last for all of time. Thanks again guys and Happy Birthday. Awwwww Damien you are so sweet, but as Carla says, without you none of this would have happened and the biggest thank you goes to you!!! Thank you for being not only the most talented musician in the world but such a wonderful person!

Wow!  I can't believe I've celebrated 2 of these anniversaries here already. Congratulations fellow Damienites  , and THANK YOU! Thank you Neski (and Murf) for the inspiration and perspiration to get this started and generations of mods to keep it going.  By you, the ladeez and gents, sharing so much of your experiences, knowledge and (and even  s!) you've all enriched my life like I would never have believed was possible from an online forum. This truly has become a community of friends with not only the wonderful and talented Damien Leith, in common. Thank you for everything that you've said Dawn and Smiley... I can't agree more.  And finally, thank you to Damien and Angela for the lovely messages, today... besides the friendships we've made here, the Leith family's support and occasionally time with us really makes this place even more special - maybe I'm not so scarily-obsessed, after all!    OK I have calmed down a little bit. I started tearing up at Neski's first message, felt so proud reading Dawns message, totally lost it with Smileys message extremely happy reading the other messages, excited to read that Angela had come online and  to see that Damien had left us a message too. Thank you everyone for ALL the lovely messages. A special thank you to the 2 Alex's for convincing Damien to audition for Idol. Without YOU Damien wouldn't have been before us every Sunday night Thank you Damien for showing us your talent and winning us all over   Thank you Neski and Murf, both of you so young and living in different States, but having the get go to start Damien Leith Online. I really have had a fantastic time over the past year,r meeting a lot more of view and seeing you all yet again and again. It's been amazing to make such wonderful friendships with you.

Its so hard to believe its been 2 years already! I can't believe another year has flown by, and what a fantastic year it has been. ;D I thought the first one was amazing, and am so happy/proud to have been a part of the 2nd year also. So many great friendships have been made and like Kath said, they are as real as our friends off the forum. Each and everyone of you are special and we have all learnt so much from being here, whether it be graphics, music, or just general chit chat about stuff. This place we call DLO/home is just amazing. ;D
