Congratualations and thank you to Roxy, whose banner was chosen by our guest judge to be displayed for our anniversary. We would love for all those who made banners to wear them proudly today! The skin was completed with imput from all Moderators, so thank you to their big effort! Here is a preview ...




Yes we are celebrating our second anniversary already ... has it been a year since last time the celebrations were underway? Has
it really been two FULL years since Damien popped into Australia's heart and was voted into the Top 12? I think it has!

What a year it's been, jam packed full of concerts and appearances, highs and lows ... including the Great Crash Of 2008. Wasn't that a trying time for us all?

I said it last year, and I'm going to say it again this year, thank you to everyone who has been involved with us here at DLO, whether it be our beautiful moderators Carla, Roxy and Braffy, the keeper of the calender Shims, our fantastic graphic guru's, postaholic members and even Damien. You have all been wonderful and it has been a pleasure to have you all active on Damien Leith Online, without you we would be nowhere, and I would have a lot of free time on my hands

Anyway, enough from me, to get access to this delicious skin, please go to your profile, hit MODIFY PROFILE, and scroll down until you reach the SELECT SKIN drop down menu. Once there, choose the option titled 'DLO 2nd Anniversary' and hit SAVE at the bottom of the page.

Aaahh Neski hun ,
and what a pleasure it has been to be part of DLO.....apart from the obvious benefit of being able to ensure we get to see and hear more of the Talented Mr Leith even some of his underwear and what he has in his pockets...like coins ;D there's all those crazy mad times we race here and there to meet up/attend so many events/ signings/ instores/ tour appearances. Life has certainly sped up and become more full. Best of all.....the wonderful and lovely damienites what a blessed addition to our lives you all are.....each and every one so different, but what an amazing and beautiful group of people....generous to a fault love you all even when you get me into trouble/mischief/strife Finally, what a privilege it has been to be able to have glimpses of D's life and wonderful family: the gorgeous Eils and delightful Jarvis and Jagger as well as his family back in Ireland...how special all this is ;D and the group of extremely talented and giving musicians D has gathered around him.
CONGRATULATIONS DLO ON TWO AMAZING AND ACTION PACKED YEARS and thank you xxxx

What a wonderful place has arisen from the beautiful heart of our lovely Neski (& Murf )

and Damien ..what can I say..he had us at "Hello" ...or should I say "How's it goin' ?" ;D Don't ever stop! Thankyou for everything SO FAR!!!

DLO is so much a part of my life now- I can't think what I did before it was here!

And my friends in my computer, Hi guys! , who I can turn to at any time of the day or night for a laugh or a cry, or to vent or to learn from or to share a common interest with..it's a magical world that I couldn't give up even if I wanted to.

Our wonderful mods Roxy, Carla, Braffy - you guys rock! Thankyou for all your hard work and most of all for your friendship - I am so honoured to call you my friends and I look forward to many years of more more more!

There are so many funny, amazing, tarty , heartwarming, sad, comforting, incredible memories from the past 2 years...someone should write a book! .... Oh Damien....busy mate?

I can't believe, 2 years this has been my home away from home, I will treasure the friendships I have made here, the fun times, the sad times, the love, the respect we all have for each other and the support we share. To our special moderators - Neski, Braffy, Roxy, Carla & Shims you guys are the best thankyou for making this forum what it is today, your hard work is always appreciated and to all the forum members who make this a great place to visit.

Some of my friends and acquaintances find it strange that I spend so much time on line, but what they don't know is that friends made here are just as real as ones you see in person regularly.
I know that I have friends all around Australia who would lend me a hand if I needed it, who are prepared to listen to me vent, who understand why I drool at certain times ;D and who share one of my passions

And as an added bonus, I have learnt the basics of graphics and like to think I have mastered screencapping

Thanks to the mods and all my fellow Damienites , and of course to the man who made it all happen

Good afternoon everyone,

Wow, 2 years have flown by and what an amazing time it has been. I just wanted to drop by and wish everybody at DLO a very happy 2nd birthday.

Since Idol ended my journey has been exciting/crazy/amazing/hard/confronting/exhilarating - I'm just so thrilled that throughout the last two years, I've had such an amazing group of people like yourself to share it all with and here's hoping to many many more years of the same. No matter what happens career-wise for me, the most important thing is that friendships have been created here at DLO that I know will last for all of time.
