Oooh sounds like the Wellers show was lovely! Thanks so much for the report Trilly! I'm so excited that a Happy Birthday was sung, cannot wait for the lucky lady to return to hear more about that!

Poor Indi, she's amazing to play so well when her wrist is so sore. And lol, Damien is wicked to keep making the Wollongong joke when he knows it will get back

OMG "IN DREAMS" oh wow I am thrilled Damien sung that, I hope one day I'll be lucky enough to hear him sing that one. One of my favs, and can imagine how PERFECT it would be for his voice.

So wonderful too about "Crying" being in full, he does it so beautifully - speaking of which, I also think "Beautiful" has been a real highlight of this tour, the song is just evolved to perfection.

lol I had to get my code book out too for a minute! NTUA - ooooooh have never heard Damien sing that either, would love to!

This venue sounds so nice, so glad Damien is doing shows in these sorts of venues, "up close and personal" is the perfect setting for his shows, the audience really becomes connected and the whole room is filled with atmosphere.

Good Morning everyone firstly let me apologize for not getting on last night, I got home and fell in a heap, not much sleep the night before and a few little made me sleepy
Anyway.................................
I arrived early and sat in the restaurant by myself for a while watching things get set up for D.
I looked a bit lonely then this hawt guy walks in the door looked at me and smiled and said Helloooooo
He went up and started a sound check, the Eagles were playing in the background, so D started to sing a bit of 'Lyin Eyes' which seemed like just to me, considering I was the only one there at the time ;D
People started arriving so he then left the stage area, (he was chatting to me a bit while up on stage)

Damien sounded absolutely awesome,there was lots of eye contact towards our table he talked about Eric and his missing shoes and getting his fingers jammed in car doors,
did a few sexy moves, someone wolfwhistled ;D, Damien commented "Now that's what we like to hear" with a cheeky grin on his face ;D
He mentioned about having a massive crush on a teacher and he was embarrassed to sing Annie's Song, the teacher new about it and brought it up and said "You had a crush on me"
He talked about being Santa now and how he used it against the boys when they did something wrong.
He bagged Indi about her wrist and got us all to say AWWWWWWW to her together
He talked about Ashlyn and meeting her at the wall
Bagged Wollongong, said we sounded great

When they came back on for the encore Indi said to Damien, don't forget about Sue's birthday Damien said, we already said Happy Birthday, then said OK, Happy Birthday
We met them in the car park just before we all left, I got a & and said Thankyou,
Sorry if this is all over the place I'm and still tired, I couldn't sleep again

Oh wow, what fantastic reports. I've gone and got teary again silly me .... Princess that is sooooooo nice that he wished you happy birthday and then sang it to you. I bet you were relishing every moment of it

We've pretty much covered last night between us, the lucky Princey and I, ;D however, I have to mention that NMTF was a slower version than I'd previously heard D do..and it was quite, quite wonderful!
So was MTMG! I've really wanted to hear him sing that again and it was gorgeous transposed to guitar.

One other*cough* thing. Someone needs to remind me not to speak to D after a couple of glasses of red. The words don't come out right! See, when he was talking about his book, which is obviously high on his agenda currently, he said that it is a really good story. I said "We know!"..D looked puzzled ...I meant to add : "because you're writing it!"... but didn't get the chance!

It's a warmer day today, which I hope holds out. Last night was really very cold. D didn't have a jacket on outside either..Mumsy Trilly was concerned he'd get a chill..but held her tongue.

Hey Everyone, Sorry I haven't done this earlier, busy day Anny and I arrived around 6, I was getting out of the car and I said to Anny, That isn't Damien getting out of that car just there is it, I was joking really but it was
So we got out and Damien came over and said Hi and gave us both a and He said Gee your early and he said they were running late as they got caught in the traffic!! It was a lovely way to start the night! I think all the others have covered almost everything else.
Damien was Awesome as usual OMG In Dreams was devine! I did take a video of it but it is very blurry as well :'(the sound is good but......Hopefully he will sing it again tonight, PLEASE DAMIEN ;D and I will try again. Have to go get ready now Thankyou Damien. ;D
