Well I would like to say he is in his birthday suit but that would be very naughty.

A fairly intimate crowd tonight but I think we revved them up pretty good .
And so it begins........well Jimmy was the guitarist tonight but I think Michele and I gave him a fright we were just a wee bit excited when we saw it was him,but he said hello and started playin the intro to CTW then of course the main man comes on and lots of cheering from a certain 2 in the front made him soon realise we were there.We had a little banter going on through the night a few cheeky grins from D when we were a bit cheeky,the ladies near us soon picked up on that and said does he know you,so we explained we sort of follow him around a little bit and she said stalker .The set list was great

Well he came out sat at the piano said he was going to play Beautiful Michele and I were very happy about that then he asks were there any requests and got up and sang Danny Boy now I like this song don't get me wrong but Michele and I hear it at nearly every show so we were very dissapointed,poor Michele he never sings any of her favourites. :xmashug:
God I am Raving on arn't I.
He talked about Christmas presents that suck and told us how his brother wrapped up boxes inside boxes and at the end was Fake dog poo very funny
Poor Jimmy he stuffed up when Damien was playing Wild World so when D was finished he got up from the piano and a couple of down the front called out he had to pay the price and dance the audience thought that was a hoot and D agreed he had to do it,he was a little red poor guy but we did apologise after the show to him,he really is a great guy he even danced later in the show too,somewher in there Damien sung his Christmas song This Christmas....gee if your still reading this your doing real well didn't get to catch up after the show but George Saved me the most divine poster I was so excited I didn't have any posters,as most of you know Braffy steals takes any posters within her reach love ya Braffy.

dark T shirt I think they were pictures of cassettes on it
Dark jacket with pocket on both sides
And green connies my favorites I had a ball tonight I have been working so much I had forgotten what it was like to have fun and I get to do it all again tomorrow.

Why didn't you still call out for Beautiful after he finished Danny Boy?
It would have made Damien happy knowing that he had some 's in the front row.

By the way................the set list sounds great.
Did you like Mattie? Was 'This Christmas' done with the violin like on the Myer CD.? That is a gret version.

How receptive were the crowd? Was the meal nice? Lots of questions.

The crowd were great the meal was passable but dessert came out and so did Damien so we couldn't yell cheer clap while eating could we now This Christmas was done at the piano but I really can't remember if Indi played the Violin.
Am I allowed to say I didn't really like Mattie sorry please don't take offence anyone who really likes it we all have different tastes.
I am really sad tomorrow is the last show but really excited that I get to be there

Thank you so much for all the reports Kazza!! I am just home myself and so nice to read your set list here So happy you got Wild World on the list! Of all the singalong ones, that's my firm favourite, though it's funny the first time I heard Damien sing it at the original Vanguard gig I wondered how anyone could ever learn all the words to that song!! I'm really glad that Damien played his new one again tonight so more had a chance to hear it, hopefully he'll do it tomorrow as well.

aaww that sounded terrific Kazza, apart from a couple of songs, although D always sings them to perfection anyway. Was Indi excited to see you too, sheseems to love having some s in the audience.
