WHAT TO BRING Deck chair or picnic rug for the general admission area,
jacket, poncho for inclement weather, sun hat and sunscreen, comfy shoes
and good vibes. Cash sales only at catering outlets. (Chairs are provided in
the reserved seated and Concert & Dining area sections.)
PERMITTED Sealed bottled water (only), food, esky, non professional
cameras and best singing voice.
NOT PERMITTED Strictly no BYO alcohol or soft drink. This is a licensed
event. No umbrellas, tables, professional cameras, video or recording
equipment, glass, metal cutlery, tents or sunshelters.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY All bags are subject to a safety and security search
upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. All patrons must adhere
to local licensing laws and RSA practices.
FOOD Patrons may bring their own food. There will also be a selection of
food for sale.
PARKING Car park opens two hours prior to event ‘gates open’. Gold coin
donation to the volunteer parking officers is appreciated. There is separate
Concert & Dining package patron parking on site.

I got an email for this morning, about this and can buy advance tickets as I am a day on the green member.

However....I cannot justify the cost to be honest. $160 is a lot of money and I do really like Ronan too but it would mean 2 tickets for Dale and I and that's unfortunately too much money, just after Xmas

I've just bought my tickets for this. Now I have to find some nice accommodation. Womby do you have any recommendations for something close to the windery winery?

Edit: What pray tell is a windery? I know, it's what happens to you when you've spent too long at a winery.

Well done on your tickets Myst You will have a fantastic time. I so wish I could have gone to this but it's just bad timing unfortunately.

I know there are some lovely places around Bowral and a couple that are right near the vineyards. I googled them when I was booking for Rob Thomas. Sorry Myst, can't recall the names but I know they booked up really quick once the tix went on sale. I hope you have more luck.

It's a shame you won't be going Carla. It would've been nice to finally meet you. You'd get to see that I'm not such a big bad bitch after all.

I've been Googling accommodation in Bowral and everything I've seen so far looks nice. It's so difficult to choose. I'm also going to make a point of calling into Berkelouw Books at Berrima while I'm up that way. I just love Berkelouw Books - I could quite happily stay there for a week or two. ;D

Did you get general admission tix or seated?
I wanted the seated tix but it just was way out of the price range. I do like Ronan a lot but would mostly be going to see D of course

I booked seated tickets Carla. That way we don't have to lug chairs etc. around with us. I've marked where we're seated with a red cross on the pic below. Not bad but I would like to have been front and centre. I'll certainly be putting the big zoom lens on my camera.

Yes womby do let us know if you know of anywhere nice to stay Myy DD and I can drive home but I thought we might try stay.
