Sounds like the show went off well.... I'd say this was written for tomorrows news. Ronan Keating wows 5000 at A Day on the Green TAHNAE GOLDSWORTHY 24 Jan, 2010 08:21 PMTHE atmosphere was buzzing as 5000 concert goers descended on Centennial Vineyard yesterday to sing along with a first-class line up of performers for the first A Day on the Green concert of 2010. Kicking off the show was 2006 Australian Idol winner Damien Leith, who had the crowd hooked and swaying from the moment he took to the stage with friendly Irish banter and a string of hits from his latest album, Remember June.
To reinforce the Irish atmosphere of the day, Leith was accompanied by a traditional tin whistle followed by an impromptu Irish jig, much to the delight of the fans.Next up was pop star Tine Arena, who took to the stage amid loud cheers and whistles. She captivated the crowd with a powerful delivery of hits from her early career to the present. Finally, headliner Ronan Keating ran onto the stage, causing the vineyard to erupt as the crowd stood on their feet to give a true blue Aussie welcome to the Irish superstar. Running through the crowd, Keating shook hands, signed photos and covers, stealing the show with his Irish charm and a string of hits to back it up. Full coverage: Wednesday's Southern Highland News.

Just wanted to say we ran into some people at Macca's on the way home and got talking to a couple who had been there and I asked them did they enjoy it. They said it was fantastic and that it was money well spent to see 3 top acts so I was very excited they classed Damien as a top act, honestly the line went for miles to get his CD George kept going to get more
