Great to hear that you all had a great time.  Ouch Trilly with the blackberry wound.  I imagine the Vigneron would be none to happy about blackberries growing among the grapevines unless the winery produces blackberry wine.  Was it a dead blackberry twig that attacked you? Speaking of cameras, we left our big camera at home and used the little one that I'd just bought. The guy sitting next to me at the Bowral gig pulled out an identical camera to our big one, complete with a large zoom lens attached and was happily clicking away. Security didn't bother him at all. |

No, it seemed to be well and truly alive Myst. it was on the edge of the vines. Unfortunately there seemed to be quite a few of them. They're a big problem in the East here. Funny about the camera sitch. They didn't allow recording devices and I was asked about my camera at the gate. Actually, I volunteered it was a still camera ( but didn't mention it had a movie function!) No probs!  |

One more little thing I recall. When D was trying to get the crowd to sing along to his ridiculously high notes in AIWIY (  !) he tried a little competitive motivator by telling us that the "Adelonians" had been very good on Saturday. I'll be interested to hear from Kath is this is in fact the correct collective noun for the residents of Adelaide! It sounded really cute though.. I kinda hope it is because I want to hear D say it again!  |

Finally have a few minutes spare. BTW Trilly, Damien also said he reaches those high notes because of the tight jeans.
Damien was in wonderful form. I have never heard him sing more clear his falsetto was to die for. And greatly appreciated by the large crowd. I am now so looking forward to the Melbourne concerts. A lot of people commented on his beautiful voice. One lady even commented that he was much better looking close up. The other girls have covered most of the day. So bloody hot to start with and then the rain. We all looked a treat in our plastic poncho's. Tina Arena has a great voice and Ronan was fantastic. but in my opinion Damien's voice was by far the outstanding on the night. First time I really heard Jimmie's voice backing Damien and he sounded pretty good as well. Thanks Trilly for organising those wonderful seats.

Yay! Thanks so much Trilly and Princey for the reports!! ;D   I would have loved to have been there! He sounded like he was in perfect form! I was thinking of you girls all day Sunday! I'm like "Omg, they're gonna dieeee of heat stroke in this heat! " then... "OMG THEY'RE GONNA BE DRENTCHED AS!!! "  Awesome set list though, woah!  No wonder the crowd was loving it! And LOL Trilly at the "You're sexy" remark  Love it  Awww! I love hearing that RJ is selling lots of copies and people are becoming fans of Damien and loving his music   Makes me so Happy ;D From what I've gathered, ADOTG got a lot of exposure for our man and really brought out that freakin forgeous voice!!!  Now people can come to shows |

???Sorry guys! I'm a bit late posting but I think Trilly & Sue have covered almost everything All I can say is Damien was AWESOME as usually & so cute ! Not long after we got there we saw Damien standing at the side of the stage so we  at him and he back then we blew him and he blew :-*back to us and he was catching our kisses....looked so cute OMG His voice was just gorgeous ....like everyone else said TO DIE FOR Beautiful, Hallelujah, Wicked game & one of my favorites Goodnight were just gorgeous ! Krissy I did think I was going to die of heat stroke ! I couldn't believe we had 4 seasons in one day. Went from boiling hot to freezing cold...it was ridiculous, but I didn't mind the rain after the heat it was such a relief! Tina & Ronan were pretty Awesome as well I can't wait for Damien's Tour now... Thankyou Damien, we had an Awesome Day |
