Roxy, that is how Damien did Golden Line at one of the concerts I was at. Eric doing the main bit at the end and Damien the backing. From memory though it was done on guitar.

LOL Roxy, your story's got me in stitches. You lucky birthday gals and I'm sure the audience 'survey' was overwhelmingly positive What a fantastic show and soo worth Damien's trip out there. Nice to see Eric and Asha get their own queue, too. I love the sound of Golden Line on the piano. I really cant imagine it though - it must be quite different to his album version... but certainly sounds gorgeous. I love it when he sing GL as a solo on the guitar too

There is not much more I can add to Roxy's wonderful report. ;D

Damien looked gorgeous, sounded brilliant and his humour had me almost in stitches especially when he started talking and sounding like "MR ED". Wilbur.

"Wouldn't Change A Thing". The first time I had heard it live - brilliant.

Golden Line - my favourite song on "Remember June". Damien really did belt it out. - amazing.

"Night Of My Life". I loved hearing this again.

As it was Roxy's birthday, I didn't want to take anything away from her. So thank you Roxy for letting me share it with you.

It was so funny Damien telling the audience to feel free to give us a birthday kiss. Not just a peck on the cheek either.

Damien choosing a combined name for Roxy and I then he and the audience singing happy birthday to us both was a very special moment and I will remember it always.

I would just like to explain that the reason why Roxy and I didn't sing was because the song line was in a very high pitch and was extremely difficult. We would have made fools of ourselves even trying to attempt it. You could hear a pin drop in the room and there was nowhere for us to go.

Damien did point out at one stage during the audience participation that someone had come in very early and that he was sure it was one of the birthday girls.

After the show a few people asked me about the book "Remember June" and it was great to see a lot of interest in it. ;D

It was nice that we had an opportunity to have a quick chat to Damien and to get our books and cds signed.

Thank you Roxy and Sister for such a great weekend - we had so many laughs. I had a ball.

It was a little sad that this was our last show of the tour. Thank you to Damien, Eric and Asha for making it such a memorable one for us.

There was also so many messages on Facebook from people from Gympie that went to the show and saying how amazing he was and that they loved the show so much! WOOOO! I think Gympie is smitten girls!

Kris, there was and probably still is a lot of D lurv in Gympie.

Damien, Eric and Asha were absolutely fantastic

It was great listening to and watching the reaction of the Gympie audience. ;D I could tell that they loved every minute of such a brilliant show.
