I don't think there will be any reports from this show (15th). The girls are all staying in a hotel/motel and unless Trilly has her laptop with her, then they won't be able to post anything.

There are quite a few going tomorrow night, so there will be a report on that before the one tonight.

Well guess as I am just down the road being a sort of local..and have my Computers handy..lol... can start it off, Last Night was just brilliant for me.. since I have only been to a couple so far this year..wow..!!!

I got there early and chatted to a couple of fans..that were also waiting till I looked up the road and there they were Dawn Trilly and Carla strolling along looking exceptionally HOT..lol. Courtesy of the Boutiques here in Cronulla Finally we were allowed in and took our seats to the right of stage front of course thanks to early work by Dawn. After fortifying ourselves with some nice drinks we headed down the back as the girls having been there before liked to relax pre-show in that area. I was a little bit behind but lo and behold there I found Carla and Trilly already attached...ahem..giving Damien a welcoming hug and kiss in which of course Dawn and I also partook.. I have to say we were all in agreement that the Clean shaven look was g'damn sexxxxyyy and nice to touch.. and the also the red tshirt black jeans and jacket.. But we all after the first meltdown agreed that he was a touch too skinny again and of course Trills piped up with that and he said yes he has lost a bit..

I will let them tell you further to that conversation as i was a little too far to see and hear what he was saying and showing the girls.

The others will have the set list but he as always gave a lovely performance and having a couple of Chileans Eric and Cesare' (sorry spelling)and no Indi was interesting. Did miss her and the fiddle a lot. The Irish drummer..sorry forget his name..was in fine form as usual and Damien had a go..very good.. He sang a few of his Irish songs and a few from CTW and WWL, we all got quite a bit of singing done..the crowd was very good and lots of feedback and pretty much a full house. I will let the others give more detail of the post part.

We all had a fantastic night, the girls walked me safely back to my car... I watched them walk away, if not steadily back to their motel.. . I will assume that they are recovering nicely ready for tonights show where there will be a few more coming look out Cronulla...lol. Forgive any booboo's as am operating on 5 hrs sleep..

Hi guys! This is the third time I’ve tried to post, so I hope someone appreciates the effort, LOL! and pardon the lack of smilies because I’ve done this on Word to avoid losing it AGAIN! Proboards isn’t co-operating with me.. arrgh!

Thanks Anny for giving your report on last night’s fun! ;DHah, yes, we were rather hawt..*cough* and OMG so was D! He looked gorgeous in red and black *faint*. We all said so. He said that he’d lost a fair bit of weight lately .. we agreed. We encouraged him to go and eat his dinner after he chatted to us and let us listen to his “naughty” song from The Hot 30 on his iPhone because we’d missed it. Bwaha! Finally D got bleeped for dropping the F bomb on radio! That cracked us up bigtime!

This venue is everything it’s cracked up to be. Wonderful intimate, red plush and mirrors interior, great acoustics. It feels like a real music –lovers’ hangout, the audience is really appreciative and into it, singing along and clapping with gusto. The meal was good too, as was the service. Looking forward to returning tonight!

I’d like to mention too how impressed I was with Caesar’s amazing musicianship, as others have pointed out. He plays so many instruments, so well. I liked the Chilean sound a lot, although once or twice I felt the charango was a bit overdone for the song. Loved the addition of the electric base and double bass to the sound of the band .. we were sitting right on top of the speaker .. the vibrations went through us! Kevin’s addition is great too, on the bodhran. I missed the fiddle though too, Annie, and will am really anticipating hearing Asha play it when she returns to the band.

More later when I get back from the beach!

back from amazing night #2 at The Brass Monkey.

OMG. D was hot as hell and on fire tonight! *swoon* He sounded amazing, his voice was just so freakin sexy! Carla and I are totally back in major land tonight. There's just something about D's voice I can't describe when he's relaxed and bouncing off the energy of the sold-out audience who loved every minute of this gig. They were boisterous at times, but really appreciative of the music. The Irish contingent got into it bigtime,especially loved hearing Rocky Road To Dublin, with the appropriate responses..including the "up your kilts"in The Wild Rover. bwah!

Wardrobe report: Blue jeans, white tshirt with black "something" in the centre, black connies. Gorgeous!

The band was hot and played their hearts out too. Eric surprised me (and D!) by playing slide guitar on Ride On! Freakin awesome!! Kevin and Caesar were on fire too bouncing off the others.

The witteh banter tonight was hilarious..some of the stories tonight were just cracking us up.. Damien Leith Pet Detective!! Bwahaha!! ( D carried a card that said this when he was a kid!) Eric had to dance twice for stuffing up.. his moonwalk was just a moving bottom in a pair of jeans to D

Btw someone known to us had a wonderful moment tonight.. Shims had Happy Birthday sung to her and asked her if she had a request. She chose For All Of Time.. just gorgeous. What a brilliant surprise for her. ;D
