If you would like to make the St Patrick's Day Banner your default skin, then....

Go into your profile and click Modify Profile.
Scroll down until you reach Account Preferences and the last in that section is Select Skin.
Select the skin "St Patrick's Day Princey 2010" from the drop down options (2nd last in the list) and click Modify Profile at the bottom of the page

If you are wanting to use another skin and wish to change it then..
