What a FANTASTIC performance again tonight - so much character, so much fun tonight...... my 12yo daughter's friend staying over tonight said "bet you wish you were Damien's dance partner" hell yes!!! to which she followed up "so does my grandma!!" .... had to have a giggle at that one!! It is lovely to see Damien and Mel having so much fun together - now we just need her to join the tour and it would be perfect!! Just so proud of our boy!!  |

I just watched it over again......and again  I just realised what he was doing when He did his Irish jig  It was like Mel had her back turned, not paying attention, so Damien thought "I'll do a quick jig while she's not watching". I didn't pick that up the first time but when I re-watched I was laughing out loud, by myself Thanks for all the commentary ladies, I'm gunna go watch again!! |

What an absolutely brilliant performance by Damien and Mel, I couldn't take my eyes off them. Damien has just excelled with this show, if he doesn't win there is definitely something wrong, he's been consistently fantastic week after week.l

;D I too grinning like a chesire cat ;D In agreeance with all the comments, just fantastic last night! Look after watching it again, I really don't think Manu has the footwork, I didn't think there was a great deal of dancing in those toes. He looked a bit deflated! I know the media have had him up there as the winner earlier......but they are wrong! it will be interesting to see how it all go's! Eils, Eric and everyone must be so so proud of him!  |

Yeah, the judges had better face it... Manu is not a very good dancer!  I always make it a habit to watch the feet and body of the contestants, not the professional partners, and that way you can really pick up who has the goods. Manu's partner is wonderful, she prances and dances around him and makes him look good, but his footwork is clumsy imo. Of course, we all know that Damien is the best - he has been so consistent from the beginning and I still can't get over Todd's score of 5 a couple of weeks ago  Very cruel and undeserved... and bloody Toad keeps referring back to his performance that week... get over it Toad!! If this show is legitimate.... Brynne HAS to go next week! Damien and Mel, with Hayley HAVE to be the final two!! I also think Lara has a chance of being there for the long haul if she works on it - she's really gorgeous and I really like her, she's not the blonde bimbo I thought she was! DAMIEN AND MEL ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!! |

DWTS easily won the ratings last night and come second to another channel 7 show Downtown Abbey overall. The show attracted 1,541 million viewers last night leaving Masterchef in it"s wake. See what crowd Damien draws |

Damien's odds on some betting place have come back a bit to $5.50, but Manu is still $1.90 (out from $1.80!!) How can that be? Often in these comps there is someone early who seems good but just never improves - I think it's Manu. I will be interested to see D's arm action next week - I thought Todd's comments were valid and it is the kind of thing D will take notice of. I have watched it a few times and love the routine each time - so much fun  (and we really got one this week!) |
