Saturday 20th August at the Four Seasons Hotel
Join us for a fantastic evening at the 2011 Day of Difference Crystal Ball.
Master of Ceremonies, John Mangos will proceed over this spectacular night, with live entertainment, auctions, and a three course dinner accompanied by Yalumba fine wines. With a special live performance from Dancing with the Stars finalist, Australian Idol and multi award winner, Damien Leith.
Best of all, you’ll help raise funds for our Family Support Program to assist us in providing the best possible care and services to children and families who are affected by life threatening injuries.

Single Ticket: $250 inc GST
Includes 3 course dinner & beverages
Table of 10: $2,500 inc GST
Includes a 3 course dinner & beverages. Preferentiall seating for early bookings.
Corporate 'Crystal' Table of 10: $5,500 inc GST
Includes VIP seating, special dinner & beverages, and brand recognition with your companys' logo to be displayed througout the night and placed in the Supporter section of our Event Program
