Just saw a tweet that Damien is co hosting on MIX this afternoon with Ant and Becks. They are on MIX 106.5 and you can listen live www.mix1065.com.au The show is on from 4 - 7 pm Melbourne girls - Is this syndicated through MIX in Melbourne also? Mix 101.1 Yes it is www.mix1011.com.au |

I just caught this at about 5:30 so I'm glad I didn't miss too much. But by 6:45 I was wondering if it had been recorded earlier bacause all I could think of was... How can Damien still be in the studio - on a rainy evening - when he's doing a show in Dapto tonight??! Well sure enough - he's then actually plugging some upcoming shows and mentions that he's in Dapto tonight  Wow - he'll have to fly (in the traffic chopper?) cause I had already been in traffic for 1.5 hrs just crossing Sydney  Another fun session with Ant... I missed why Becks is absent.  BUT I believe they mentioned Damien would be back on on Monday afternoon for an hour or so?? (Did you also hear this Braffy?) Lol I loved Ken Sutcliffe's contribution. It was meant to be the sports (NZ World Rugby) report but Ken was having too much fun singing along with Damien to "Only the Lonely" and absolutely raving about Damien's voice! He said he really enjoyed the chat and you can tell he didn't really want to go either  Ah yes - good mentions of the upscoming shows (especially Ballarat ) , the album and his official website for all the info  Now - we'll just have to encourage the station to play a bit of Damien music |

Nuffy, I wish I could help you out. The radio in the car is still not working and I took my shower radio to try and listen. Silly me as it turns out, took OK bateries out and put 'new' ones in only to have it go all fuzzy and awful trying to listen to it. I missed more than I heard. I didn't hear any of what you mentioned. I didn't know Ken Sutcliffe was on and didn't hear any singing from Damien. Even when we got to our hotel I went straight to the radio and tried to listen to the last 20 mins to half n hour but no luck. The station was out of range and was very static.  |
