lol we caught up with the show together here the other night & as soon as P saw Damien take a bite out of that capsicum he said "Iron Chef!!" Totally forgot Iron Chef did that, brilliant joke of Damien's saw the ad for Wk 3, looks like another great one coming up this week

haha....our D is so tough!! biting into a capsicum like that!! EWWWWWWW!! is all I could think! Loved the show and can't wait to see it again this week, these recipies sure are doable for the everyday cook!! loving them. ..and OMG doesn't Damien suit that BLUE!!! looked amazing on him! very nice D, Very nice indeed!

Shimms, I put my capsicums into a plastic bag after grilling. Seal it up for 10 mins then peel away. Located the Bresaola (air dryed beef) that Sammy & Bella used in their salad in week one. I had to go to a big Italian Deli and it was $46 a kilo ! It was very yummy, as they slice it so thinly, I got about 30 slices for $7. We had it for dinner on an Antipasto platter, then the girls took a mini antipasto to school for lunch, then I got one more lunch out of it. I felt it was good value for us as we don't eat all the pork based deli meats.
