2UE David Oldfield/New Single

Damien was just finished being interviewed on 2UE by David Oldfield about his new single"When a child is born"

He talked about how well he and Tommy got on together and saying that the recording only took two hours to complete.

He spoke very highly of Tommy and he also talked about his upcoming Christmas in Qatar this year.

David then played the song commenting on what a good voice Damien has.

It was only a fluke I switched on to 2UE as I had to go out for business purposes and as soon as I turned on the radio I heard David say that in the next 30 minutes he will play the new single from Damien which includes Tommy Emmanuel.

It sounded terrific

I have not been able to find a podcast for this but I did manage to find this podcast from the Family Show on 96Five Brisbane

EDIT It is about 1/3 along. After they talk of the nominations for winning a hamper.

Having David Oldfield endorse something of mine would leave me feeling a bit uneasy, but maybe that's just me.
