I found this interview today in an alert www.theweeklyreview.com.au/article-display/Damien-Leith/4981Damien Leith 2.20PM 30-4-2012 Jane Rocca Damien Leith What I ate this week I had a few barbies, lots of Indian and Barocca on the side. What I drank this week I'm drinking a lot of water right now; it’s good for the voice. What I cooked this week The ultimate McLeith-muffin with egg and bacon and my special chilli sauce. Define love My gorgeous wife and three little kids. iPod I have one – lots of songs on it – maybe 3000. I still prefer music in its physical form, records and CDs. Religion in three words A personal thing. Define happiness Happiness is being with the people that matter the most to you. Dead person you'd love to meet My granddad. Best trait A good heart. Worst trait Impatient. Where would you most like to live? Home is where the heart is. Greatest fear An unknown quantity. Favourite love song Just The Way You Are – Billy Joel. What you overheard this week I'm sworn to secrecy, I'm afraid. Funniest childhood moment Breaking my leg, age four. Hilarious. I laughed all the way to the hospital. Not! When you’ve shown your age When my kids told me that when I was a kid, it was in the olden days. Chicken or the egg? Chicken, because I don't like eating eggs. Most inspiring musical moment When my song Beautiful got picked up worldwide for Estée Lauder advertising. Words of wisdom Never give up.

I really enjoyed that. I like a good Q&A The McLeith sounds great, but yeah, does he not eat his own creation?

Bwahahaha I was thinking of that, Spuddy! Funny thing is, I was the one who suggested someone else hold up that sign - I was totally joking, I thought I sounded obviously sarcastic, but everyone else took it seriously. That seems to happen to me quite a lot Nice little interview - light but personal and insightful.

I was surprised by that answer too Hyp, because I had asked him the day before at the Instore that I went to and he said yes. In fact when I asked him if he liked eggs he said to me scrambled or fried? I said any and he said yes.

I knew I'd seen it somewhere dleithonline.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=specialmessages&action=display&thread=1992 Thanks guys « Thread Started on Jan 20, 2008, 4:59am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi everyone, Thanks so much for the lovely birthday wishes and DLO looks fabulous - you guys do such amazing work. Well i had a great birthday at home with Eileen and the boys, we didn't do much because we're all still jetlagged but it was nice just to chill out, eat a bit of cake and overalll unwind. Thankfully though, the jetlag is starting to ware off and we're getting back to work. I'm thrlled that you've seen the "Saving Kids" promo video - it was such a great experience being at the hospital and performing for all the kids and I can't wait for the show to air on the 7th of Feb - I think the families in each show will melt everyones hearts, they really are beautiful. Actually because of "Saving Kids" promo work, you'll be seeing a lot of me over the next while. Anyway, it's breakfast time here in the Leith household so I'm going to skip away and boil some eggs.Take it easy guys and I'll chat to you soon. Damien
