Enjoy Dawn and Braffy! Hope we still get a meet and greet tomorrow night, which would mean that he stays in Melb Friday night and may come straight from the airport to Revesby??

Damien sounded really good and made comment about the Swans winning last night and how he had done a concert in Melbourne last night but he couldn't let it pass without commenting on it. He is not sure if he is still popular in Melbourne. (not his words, but same meaning). Damien was originally only doing 3 songs but he agreed to do an extra song and were there any requests. The loud voices at the front said 'Beautiful'. I said all of Remember June . He agreed to do Beautiful because the ladies at the front had requested it and we had got in first. No, there was no more news Glawz. We didn't get to talk to him as Spud mentioned. Damien saw us (we were in our usual positions ) in the front and when he was trying to go people were stopping him and having their photo taken. He quickly leaned forward to give Dawn a kiss and because I was next to Dawn and Spud was next to me he gave us both one too and he was gone. Nuffy wasn't next to us at the time otherwise she would have had one too. I can't wait for the real deal in 2 weeks time. Goodonya Damo ♫♫ I would call the jacket more of a dark steely grey colour rather than navy, but it looked great anyway.

Thanks for the reports Spud and Braffy, glad you got to hear 4 songs and get a kiss I think after last nights show show he is now even more popular in Melbourne, never mind about the footy, I think most people who weren't Collingwood supporters didn't mind that Sydney won (Sorry Di) I can't wait for Sydney now either Braffy

I think it is the same in Sydney that a lot of people were glad the Melbourne Storm won the NRL against Manly

Believe me, Braffster, D was definitely referring to his cheekiness and glee about The Swans win last night. At one point he said "Oops, wrong town to be doing that in!" but what he may not realise is, like Sue said (only moreso) that just about everyone who doesn't support The Pies hates them with A. PASSION and would prefer to see The Swans win because they used to be the Bloods, or South Melbourne. Yep, just like Sydney League fans hate Manly if they don't support them.

Not much to add aapart from the generosity of the Club with $100 worth of prizes every 15 minutes and a $6000 prize (won by a member, which was nice) No we didn't win, but a couple of us were 1 off. Damien looked fantastic and mentioned how he'd worn the tight pants for the high note in YGI and decided that we should all move closer hmmmm not too much encouragement needed there We were also provided with dancers in the first song ( some toddlers doing whirls and high kicks ) who Damien applauded. Also thought the jacket was a steel colour and he had brown leather shoes. Sami wanted to know what it is about Irish men and how charming they are....mentioned talking with Ronan Keating and how charming he was as is Damien and Damien was quite happy to be classified in the same class as Ronan (we think you're very classy and charming Damien ) Damien thought Sami might sing with him, but she held off until the Birthday song Was terrific to catch up also with Braffy, Spud and Nuffy....such a long time since our last catch up and we all had 2 for 1 lunches at the club as that was one of the items in our sample bags He was so lovely with the fans who were eager to have photos, signings and at one stage Braffy and I were shoving a rather shy woman forward for a photo she was so thankful and tickled pink to meet him. It was lovely of him to reach forward and give us ladees a kiss as he tried to make his exit.
