Hi guys, it looks like we were upgraded, it's quite involved and myself (Braffy, Carla) will need to do some reading etc to work it all out. So for now I'll be leaving it like this so that we can still post and access the forum until I can figure.

Great! Just after we put the new banner up! not liking this at all! Grrrr! Not the mods' fault at all. Thanks guys for getting a handle on the new setup. I had to change my email addy and verify it to log in btw.. PS. Have we lost our smilies?  |

No, smilies are still there but until Rox has a chance to get things back to normal, we won't be able to access them. A very quick learning curve been dumped on poor Roxy (who isn't Admin so didn't know about the upgrade )... but with patience it should all be back to normal. I think her first priority is getting the banner back up, so let's hope that's fairly straight forward. Good luck Rox, let me know if I can help with anything! |

Oh crap, I just wish I had more time to read all this stuff!!! grrrrr!! sorry I'll try to get to this as soon as I can, unfortunately, I have a lunch date soon, and I'm then at work for the next 3 days!!!! will start looking at it all now, hopefully just to get the banner back up at least!

Ok, so I've managed to get the banner up, tweeked very briefly the colour scheme, but need to find out about the (tiling) effect the banner does. There will probably be a code somewhere that needs to be added so that it doesn't do it, just need to hunt it down lol. I've messaged Neski about this too, as she would of recieved the ADMIN email ages ago about this upcoming change. Unfortunately she doesn't visit DLO anymore, so we weren't aware it was about to happen to us. hopefully she gets my message and can help out a bit. |

The new forum setup is definitely much easier to use from mobile devices.
It must be so hard for the mods to run the forum when our Admin doesn't log in anymore. *hugs*
