Thanks for the comments ladies... wish I could have been there. My sister and her DH made it for a couple of songs but were in a rush as had to get to grandson's birthday party.
Great to see lots of new fans, how can anyone not love him. ♥

Although, we did get the " waggled finger of tsk tsk, norty girls" when we oh so innocently *cough* inquired whether D could sign them. See, we didn't have a white marker pen and there was only one spot where a black siggy would have been visible.  He declined, much to our surprise. NOT!  Next time we'll get them signed on the ahem, back! Haha! Have a great time tonight at Blacktown, Kazz and anyone else going.  |

Well hello there. Went to the Blacktown instore and the man was on fire. Set list Never Forget Superman Crying....he did this one because he wanted to do an older song and when he asked for request someone yelled out NOML and he didn't want to do it so asked for something else I quickly yelled out crying as I wanted everyone to hear how good his voice is. I Can Stop You Crying...OMG I nearly fell off my seat I so did not expect him to sing this ,just him and his guitar blew me away.  Without A Fight We were so lucky 5 songs. The crowd was intimate as Damien likes to call it,they loved him. He spent time afterwoods saying hi and signing and was so relaxed. Michele and I went up and he said look what I've got he had a tiny little coffee in the cutest glass cup. We had a chat and thought we would let him go but he then asked had we watched Slide Show,i told him yes and that I hurt everytime he fell down,i asked was he bruised and battered after it and he said he had a bruise on his leg after one fall,he hasn't managed to watch it yet. I had a chat with 2Damien fans they are lovely,i deafened the lady beside me who after the 2nd song new to move her head away from me... I love this man he seems so much happier and relaxed. |

Hello,
We are so sorry about the shocking news that Damien's show at Brass Monkey has been suspended because of the flooding of the venue.
What a terrible experience for him and his audience! But thank God you are all safe!!!
One day before we have been at the Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown. Damien sang five songs, he was fantastic again, of course!
After the show he took the time to sign photos and the new album and to have a chat. As you know, that is always a very great pleasure.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, DAMIEN, FOR YOUR MUSIC, YOUR KINDNESS AND PATIENCE!!! All the best and see you again as soon as possible...
By the way, we will give some photos of the event to the DLO website. Please have a look soon.
Dear Kazzababe, it was really nice to meet you in Blacktown! Thanks for your report and the excellent photos.
Regarding Damien's next single: Every song is beautiful. However, we would prefer "Last Sad Song" or "I Can Stop You Crying".
