Hi all,    OH what a couple of great nights so far! REDCLIFFE MON KOMO ROCKED!!!Seriously, it was a great night. The new songs on C7 have been going down really well! so much applause after each one, and they sound amazing live too. Huge Standing Ovation at the end, where everyone started dancing as well!! D and Eric are their usual funny selves, love the banter on stage. Sorry if this is all over the place, I'm so exhausted and tired, I hate my body clock! D sang so many songs last night, it was great, the audience were on fire, Damien was on fire and no one wanted to stop. I think I've just heard the longest "pretty woman" version ever  He sang lots from the album, I don't think he sang Stronger than Superman, and one other. He sang Beautiful, Pretty Woman, Stairway to heaven, Crying, a few starts to other songs, and Trills' favourite song Nessun Dorma someone asked for 22 Steps but he couldn't really remember how it went hahaha but we got a few lines. All in all....Brilliant!!! I think eeah night I've found a new fav on the album, so many good ones to choose from, seriously this album ticks all the boxes for me and I'm so proud of Damien that he has produced such an awesome album. He sold quite a few albums last night too, he had all his albums for sale plus the books. When he packed up there were only a couple left, so that is good. This crowd really loved him. Andy Brown....(or Adam Brandt as I keep calling him ) was really good, such a different voice and his songs are very meaningful. OH and he is also very funny, He sold heaps of albums too I think, so he should be pleased with that. He's a cutie (wearing a Beanie in QLD might not of been the best idea though  hahaha) and I've been appointed his agent now, so that we can hook him up with Katy Perry. he said he'd wait for her call!  We had a little chat and cuddle afterwards, Damien seems really pleased with the response so far for the album. I have to say, this is the one album that he looks comfortable singing his original music, which is fanatastic. I'm probably forgetting stuff, but all in all, FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT, AWESOME, BEST EVER!! I'm off to have some more sleep, I'll need it for tonight! Squeeeeeeeeeeee! OOOPS nearly forgot.......BLACK LEATHER PANTS!! White t-shirt!! BLACK JACKET = |

Roxy that is a great report and it seems (rightly so) that Damien is really putting it out there. Playing such a good mix of songs too.  Thanks for the report and I look forward to reading more from you over the weekend. |

Heheheeee!  great report, Very tired person. X Found out the song wasn't Stormy Monday (which D was rather puzzled over!) bahaha! I kinda guessed it wasn't a song he'd sing, but was intrigued anyway! I know what it was now, but I'm not telling, cos if he does it again it will be an awesome surprise! |

As Roxles said... OMG Mono Komo ROCKED!!    Firstly this hotel is gorgeous! Must go back and see it in the daytime soon! We made it in plenty of time in spite of being stuck in crawling traffic for a half an hour on the Gateway! Had a great view of the blood red sunset (sadly like that because of fires). The show was incredible! The crowd were going off and Damien & Eric just fed off it and really gave incredible performances. (Andy too) I swear I change my favourite everytime Damien starts to sing the next song! But man o man..Last Sad Song, Million Reasons, You & I, Faith in Me, I Can Stop You Crying... blow.me.away! It was so good to get to talk to Damien after the shows, he always looks so happy to see us! He had good line-ups after every show with lots of star-struck fans getting photos. Especially after this one! This show reminded us of that other Redcliff show when the crowd went ballistic too..must be a good bunch of people out there. They know and appreciate talent when they see it! Brilliant show Thanks Damien!!!!!
