There is a newspaper article about this event: MAYOR SALUTES IRISH EVENTwww.moynegazette.com.au/story/2249764/mayor-salutes-irish-festival-success/?cs=1484Some of the article - (for the full article, click on the link above) Last weekend the festival attracted 3000 people to Koroit and has been hailed by organisers as a huge success."I reckon this was the best Koroit Irish Festival I have been to," Cr Purcell said.
"The quality of performers was excellent and the whole festival had a great feel to it.
The main day of the festival was on the Saturday with highlights including the Australian Danny Boy Championship, the street procession and music across five stages. Main acts on the day included Damien Leith, Imogen Brough, Maria Forde and 2014 Koroit Irish Festival artists of the year Tommy, Tuddy and Mick.
Damien Leith performed a one-hour concert late Saturday afternoon which attracted a huge crowd in the Koroit Theatre with every seat filled and standing room places full.

That's great Braff! It was just like that, seats and the aisles were bursting, so probably more than 600 people in total. WTG, D!
