Changing your Forum Theme (Skin) Preference

We have made a slight but important change to the way we will make new Forum Themes (skins) available.

This is so that Damien will see the most recent one (the default) whenever he comes in.

All Members will also see the lastest theme as soon as it is made the Default by staff.

However, if you have your heart set on an older one, you will be able to reselect it.

We've simply reversed the actions. Instead of having to go in and select the new Theme, now you will have to go in and select your old Theme, should you wish to.

So from now on:
When a new Theme is set as Default you will see it automatically.(eg this will happen again shortly before Australia Day)

If you wish to change back to an older Theme do this:

Go to Profile on the top Menu
>Edit Profile (button way over on the right hand side)
>Settings(tab at top) which opens Forum Preferences
>scroll down to Forum Theme. You can change it there from the dropdown menu.
>Save Account Settings At the bottom of that page



Hope this is not too confusing. We've had to change the way we do it because proboards has removed a functionality which was previously used to update Damien's theme for him.

Mmm., on the iPad it is still The Songs From Ireland and here on the PC it is black background but no banner showing.

I have manually changed it and it is a blue background but still no banner showing.

I have the Parting Glass DVD Christmas one on the ipad and it looks great Smiley. Thank you, especially since you are time poor.

Oh no Braffy, I have the full thing on my laptop and pc (there is only one banner & theme)

The Christmas one is now the default so everyone should be seeing it unless they have specifically chosen another theme.
I have just done something that I had forgotten to do. So now hopefully everyone can see the blue christmas tree background and the Merry christmas banner with the DVD on it. (see below)
