What I ate this week
Sauerkraut - best on a hot dog.

What I drank this week
I always start the day with a good coffee like Double Roasters and I'm loving our local craft beer, Batch Brewery and Young Henry's - spoilt for choice.

What I cooked this week
I have one staple dish that I cook every other week; it's quick, easy and the kids love it. Moroccan spiced chicken fillets with couscous and tzatziki.

Define love
Feeling amazing, supported, like you're invincible and completely warm and fuzzy inside.

What I bought this week
Mandolin - I'm excited to start using it in my show, The Parting Glass.

iPod
Yes, I do own an iPod and I have thousands of songs on it. Half of them are top ten hits as my kids have claimed it now.

Religion in three words
Dedication, belief, universal, personal

Define happiness
Feeling completely aligned, being generous and feeling great.

Dead person I'd love to meet
Roy Orbison or Bing Crosby as I've worked with both of their Estates so I feel like I know them already.

Best trait
Just one? People say I'm friendly.

Worst trait
Too enthusiastic. I can go and go all day.

Where I would most like to live
Definitely love where I live now in Sydney but I'm working on living four months of the year in Ireland and Spain.

Greatest fear
Spiders.

Celebrity crush
Charlize Theron.

Crazy Love by Bob Dylan

What I overheard this week
I'm always on the move so too quick to overhear anything.

Funniest childhood moment
So many - was fortunate to have a very happy childhood.

When I’ve shown my age
Doing math homework with my kids and they told me that's the old-fashioned way of working things out.

Chicken or the egg?
Definitely the chicken as the chicken was already here right.

Most inspiring musical moment
Working with most of Roy Orbison's musicians in Nashville and working with his late wife Barbara Orbison.

Words of wisdom
We are all going to die so make sure you enjoy everyday, you create magical moments and don't take things too seriously.
